ANDREANI

Andreani is typical of central Italy with strains also in Lombardy, Liguria and Piedmont and Trentino, it should derive from the name Andreanus (see Andreano), but it is also possible to derive from one of the many toponyms that take their name from Sant'Andrea . We find traces of this surname in Trentino in the 1600s with Don Valentino Andreani Rector of the church of Isola della Scala (VR).
