Andrighetti is typical of the upper eastern Veneto, of Trevignano and Montebelluna in the Treviso area, of Fonzaso in the Belluno area, of Venice and of Legnago in the Verona area, Andrighetto, also from the Veneto region, is more specific than the Vicenza area, Vicenza, Dueville, Costabissara, Schio, Breganze, Sandrigo and Fara Vicentino, and of the Trevisano, in Cavaso del Tomba and Quinto di Treviso, Andrighi, extremely rare, is from Trentino, in particular from Vermiglio, Andrigo, equally rare, has a stock in the Paduan area in San Giorgio delle Pertiche, Santa Giustina in Colle and Limena and one in the Pordenone area, they should all derive, directly or through hypocoristic modifications, from the medieval name of Germanic origins Andericus, of which we have an example of use in Milan in 1189: "... Apud Mediolanum obiit Andericus de Palacio , avus domni Anderici episcopi, was Mª Cª LXXXIX ... ".
