In ecclesia Sanctorum Martyrum Cosme et Damiani de civitate Brixie. In presentia Zuliani Scorezarii, Gaimarini filii quondam Richelboni de Porta, Ottonis filii Boccavellie atque Iohannis Agnetis de Salodo ...".
