The list of families ascribed to the Golden Book, preserved in the Vatican Archive, is very extensive, since it also embraces patrician families that have been extinct for centuries. The Pierdomenico family, therefore, had nobility recognized between the 1600s and the 1700s, the year in which Teodoro Amayden carried out his research and composed "An overview of all the nobility of the ancient and modern families of Rome ... and foreign families. Vatican Fund n.7957, fol. 58 ". ...
