Una de ellas pasó a la Rioja y se estableció en la villa de Ojacastro, del partido judicial de Santo Domingo de la Calzada. De dicha casa fué Pedro de A., natural de Ojacastro, hijodalgo notorio, que casó con doña Águeda Autín Ituboa, y fueron padres de Juan de A., natural de Ojacastro, que casó en esta villa con doña Magdalena Larea, y procrearon a Juan de A., segundo del nombre, natural de Ojacastro, donde casó con doña María Crespo. Este caballero probó su nobleza el año de 1680. De su matrimonio tuvo a Julián de A., bautizado en Ojacastro el 25 de Abril de 1672. Casó en la misma villa el 26 de Enero de 1711 con doña María del Castillo Ballesteros, y fué su hijo Manuel de A. Larea y Castillo, natural de Ojacastro. Este caballero volvió a hacer información de hidalguía en la Real Chancillería de Valladolid, y ganó sentencia confirmatoria el 20 de Abril de 1754. ...
