L'an 1463, les habitants des diverses paroisses du mandement de Chalancon nommèrent des délégués un dimanche au sortir de la messe. Ceux-ci devaient se réunir pour donner des pouvoirs à un procureur élu par eux au nom de tous les habitants. Parmi les noms des déléguées figure celui de Jean, de la paroisse de Nonières. Il est dit Jean de La Fardaille, des Nonières. Vers 1682 damoiselle Françoise Dufour, de la paroisse de Mancheville, fit une donation à damoiselle Louise, de Lamastre. Vers 1701, François, notaire royal à Lamastre, épouse damoiselle Catherine Malleval, fille du sieur Jean Malleval, aussi notaire à Saint-Félicien. Claude Chambaud, notaire au Cheylard épousa, le 17 janvier 1636, Catherine Faure, de Beauvert, paroisse de Saint-Jean-Roure, dont entre autres: MArie, mariée à Jacques, du Cheylard. François, exerça la profession de notaire à Lamastre, de 1698 à 1707. En 1782, Annet habitait St-Julien-la-Brousse. A cette époque sieur Jacques, apothicaire en la ville du Cheylard, était marié à Marie Chambaud, fille de Claude, etc... il en eut: 1° Marguerite, née le 23 janvier 1703; 2° Anne-Thérèse, né le 11 décembre 1708; 4° pierre-Arnaud, né le 15 octobre 1712; 5° Catherine, née le 6 mars 1714; 6° François, né le 8 novembre 1715; 7° Jean-Ignace, né le 28 mai 1717. Le 22 septembre 1740, le sieur Jean-Alphonse-Ignace, fils des précédents épousa demoiselle Claudine Souilhol, fille de feu Jacques et de Jeanne Cluzel, de la paroisse de Saint-Gineys-la-Champ. Il laissa de son mariage: 1° Jean-Jacques, né le 5 septembre 1741; 2° Alphonse-Pierre, né le 20 avril 1743; 3° hristophe, né le 30 mars 1746, marié à Catherine Avenas, dont il eut un fils, Blaise, né le 15 mars 1787. ...
