E per altro D.M. 31 ottobre 1908, Ferdinando, di Vitantonio (n. 25 maggio 1838) e di Marianna Petra (n. 11 dicembre 1836), marchesa di Caccavone, ottenne per anticipata successione materna il titolo di duca di Vastogiradi. La famiglia è iscritta nel Libro d'Oro della Nob. Ital. e nell'El. Uff. Nob. Ital. coi titoli di Duca di Vastogiradi (mpr.), Marchese di Caccavone (mpr.), patrizio di Ravello (m.).
