Ottenne anche il titolo comitale con l'investitura avuta di una porzione della contea di Cesana. Fu confermata nobile, con sovrana risoluzione 20 Maggio 1829. La famiglia è iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobiliare Italiana coi titoli di nobile (nobiltà di Lendinara) (mf.) e conte (m.). Altro ramo. Di origine normanna, feudataria fin dal XIII secolo, ha goduto nobiltà in Salerno, ove ebbe un seggio proprio, che si disse de' Ruggieri, e poi fu ascritta a quelli di Campo e di Portaretese, in Capua, Cosenza, Bitonto, Foggia, Scala, Sessa e Barletta. Ha posseduto i feudi di Acqua della Mela, Acquaviva, Aiello, Bagliva di Caserta, Binetto, Calestro, CAstelsaraceno, Chiavici, Copersito, Ducenta, Frattamaggiore, Ginestra, Lancusi, Laurenzana, Lazano, Loreto, Lorignano, Losito, Morrone, Rotino, San Giovanni Rotondo, Tolla, Torchiara e Torre del Greco, i marchesati di ...
