Partito: nel 1° di nero, all'aquila dal volo abbassato d'argento, talvolta coronata dello stesso; nel 2° d'azzurro, al leone d'oro, talvolta coronato dello stesso, sostenuto da un monte di tre cime di verde uscente dalla punta

Blasone della famiglia Maraffi in Pontremoli e Parma. Fonti bibliografiche: "Raccolta Ceramelli Papiani" custodita presso l'archivio di stato di Firenze fasc.5923; "Enciclopedia Storico-Nobiliare Italiana di V. Spreti", Vol IV. Note: Il primo punto è indicato come una concessione del re dei Romani Ferdinando I a Stefano Maraffi (1542) per meriti di guerra, mentre il secondo punto è l'arme antica della famiglia. Nel disegno della raccolta Ceramelli Papiani l'elmo è sormontato da una corona all'antica alata.
