Pour inscription au Reg. le seul représentant de cette maison (Irene di Filippo épouse du noble Vincenzo Imperiali de Francavilla) a droit au titre de duc (pr.). Autre branche. Ancienne famille noble florentine, Mugnos se souvient qu'il vint à Palerme sous Frédéric III (1609-1670), roi du Danemark, fils de Christian IV, régna à partir de 1648. Il déclara la guerre à la Suède et dut céder certaines provinces suite à la paix de Roskilde. (1658). Avec le traité de Copenhague (1660) il obtint la restitution d'une partie des territoires perdus. Il a rendu la couronne héréditaire dans sa famille; il promeut la culture, fonde des musées et des bibliothèques.
