En el año de 1569 se apoderó el Rey de los moriscos Aben-Humeya, y la tomó por dama, de una prima de Diego A., y ella y éste juraron la ruina de dicho Monarca, que venía produciendo entonces constantes alteraciones en el Mediodía de nuestra nación. Aben-Humeya encargó de los turcos y berberiscos a Aben-Aboo, y le escribió una carta ordenándole que con ellos fuese a Albuñuelas, lugar del partido judicial de Orgiva, en la provincia de Granada; pero Diego A. y otro Diego Arcos interceptaron la carta y fingieron otra, en la que Aben-Humeya ordenaba a Aben-Aboo que pasara a los turcos a degüello. Asombróse Aben-Aboo al recibir la misiva, enseñósela a los turcos, y con éstos y con Diego A. y Diego Arcos decidió acabar con quien era capaz de dar órdenes tan atroces. Brincaron los conjurados con el mando a Huscein y a Caracax, jefes de los turcos; pero rehusaron admitirlo, y fué elegido el propio Aben-Aboo, con el que se trasladaron a Andorax, prendiendo a Aben-Humeya. Enseñáronle la carta, y aunque negó que fuese suya, A. y Arcos le dieron muerte violenta, atándole un corden a la garganta y recobrado después Diego A. a su prima. En 1660 figuró entre los caballeros hijosdalgo recibidos en el Estado noble de Madrid, y que entraron en suertes, ejerciendo los cargos del Ayuntamiento, D. Pedro A. ...
