Linaje muy antiguo de Guipúzcoa, del que fué tronco Sancho Fernández de Tejada, el cual fundó su casa solariega en el barrio de Anduaya, del Ayuntamiento de Ezquioga y partido judicial de Azpéitia, tomando por apellido el nombre de dicho barrio, que con el tiempo se tranformó en A. Descendientes suyos crearon nueva casa en la villa de Ezquioga, y de esta casa dimanó otra fundada en el barrio de Zubillaga del Ayuntamiento de Oñate, y partido judical de Vergara. De esas casas procedieron las líneas que moraron después en la villa de Oñate. De la casa llamada de A. de Arriba, en la citada villa de Ezquioga, era en 1490. Lope de A., Señor de dicha casa, que tuvo este hijo Pedro de A., que contrajo matrimonio con doña Catalina de Gaztelu, a la que hizo madre de Juan de A. y Gaztelu, que se estableció en Oñate, donde contrajo matrimonio con doña María Pérez de Apozaga, y fueron padres de Martín de A. y Pérez de Apozaga, que sigue, y Antón de A. y Pérez de Apozaga, nacido en Oñate en 1545. Martín de A. y Pérez de Apozaga, casó en primeras nupcias con doña Marina de Irigoyen, y en segundas, con doña María Pérez de Ascasubi. Del primer enlace nació Pedro de A. e Irigoyen, que sigue. Del segundo matrimonio fueron hijos: Francisco de A. y Ascasubi, que celebró su enlace con doña Magdalena de Olarán u Olazarán, de la que tuvo un hijo llamado Fausto de A. y Olarán, que se unió en matrimonio con doña Magdalena de Urizar, y procrearon al Capitán Miguel de A. y Urizar. ...
