En la villa de Cabredo, del partido judicial de Estella, existía una Cofradía en San Gil, fundada en 1401, en la que no se admitían más que nobles, y a la que pertenecieron algunos A. Un Gregorio de A., vecino de Ribaflecha (Logroño), ganó ejecutoria de hidalguía en 1659. Juan de A., que casó con doña Lucía Martínez, y fueron padres de Pedro de A.. y Martínez, bautizado en Cabredo el 26 de Enero de 1619, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Francisa Sáenz de Tejada, naciendo da esta unión Pedro de A. y Sáenz de Tejada, bautizado en Cabredo el 6 de Agosto de 1636 y casado con doña María Cruz de Nestares. Trasladó su vecindad a Logroño, donde nació su hijo José de A. y Nestares, bautizado el 1º de Mayo de 1657, que fué marido de doña Ana María Gutiérrez de Marsón, y ambos padres de Francisco de A. y Gutiérrez de Marsón, bautizado en Bañares (Rioja), el 15 de Octubre de 1679. Casó con doña Catalina de Leiba, y procrearon a Manuel Joaquín de A. y Leiba, bautizado en Logroño el 25 de Marzo de 1716. Celebró su enlace con doña Agueda de Pinedo, y se trasladaron ambos esposos a Vitoria, donde nacieron sus hijos, entre ellos Luis de A. y Pinedo, bautizado en Vitoria, el 26 de Agosto de 1743, y casado con doña Martina Galator.
