En possession du château de Paluel, que Jean de Durfort vendit à Antoine, lieutenant-général de la sénéchaussée de Sarlat, le 13 juillet 1700, celui-ci ne voulut pas prendre le titre de seigneur de Paluel sans s'être fait accorder des lettres de noblesse qu'il reut, ainsi que les armes ci-dessus décrites, en décembre 1712. En 1668, les d'Aymerique avaient droit de banc dans l'église de Claviac, et, en 1699, droit de chapelle que leur avait accordé l'évêque de Cahors. Madeleine, en religion sœur Saint-Hilaire, était, dans le XVIIIème siècle des Clarisses. Le nom de cette famille figure parmi les votants dans l'Ordre de la Noblesse aux Etats-Généraux de 1789 en Périgord et en Quercy. ...
