Famiglia feudale valenzana un cui ramo si trasferì in Sardegna con i fratelli Filippo e Raimondo che nel 1323 furono al seguito dell'Infante Alfonso. Nel 1326 Filippo fu governatore della Sardegna e fu investito di alcuni piccoli feudi in territorio di Cagliari. Nel 1338 suo fratello Raimondo fu nominato inquisitore e riformatore della Sardegna.
