En la villa de Madrigal, del partido judicial de Atienza (Guadalajara), hubo una rama, de la que fué: Jerónimo de C., natural de Madrigal, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Leonor de Villagra, natural de Mondéjar, del partido judicial de Pastrana, en la misma provincia, y fueron padres de Gabriel de C., natural de Madrid, que casó con doña Beatriz Pérez, natural de Mondéjar, y procrearon a Jerónimo de C., segundo del nombre, natural de Madrid, de la Contaduría Mayor de Cuentas y caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 13 de Julio de 1641.
