Divisa in più rami, il principale rimase in Calabria, e si stabilì per alcun tempo nella città di Paola ov'ebbe nobiltà. Nel sec. XVII si trasferì a Napoli. Pietro scudiero regio e nobile di Valenza ne portò un ramo in Monopoli l'anno 1495 ove fu aggregato a quel patriziato.
