Casó con doña María Merlo, natural de Lima, y fueron padres de Luis José C. Scazuola, natural de Lima y caballero de Calatrava, que vino a España y contrajo matrimonio con doña Antonia Gudiel de Vargas, natural de Alcalá de Henares, naciendo de esta unión Juan Nicolás C. Scazuola, natural de Madrid y también caballero de la Orden de Calatrava, en la que ingresó el 6 de Junio de 1695.Tuvo este apellido su casa solar en Madrid.
