Questi fu avo di Alessandro (def. 1629), giureconsulto collegiato, presidente del Magistrato Ordinario, senatore, che da Regina Piatti ebbe Maddalena, moglie del marchese don Camillo Castelli e Francesco (def. 1666), creato marchese di Pogliano con successione primogeniale mascolina con diploma 7 giugno 1658, interinato il 4 settembre 1659, marito di Giulia Marliani del conte don Cristoforo, padre di Alessandro (def. 1679), col quale si estinse il ramo marchionale e di Rodolfo (1657-1726). Questi era figlio naturale e fu legittimato nel 1685 per sentenza del Senato. Capitano di fanti in Fiandra, feudatario di Pogliano, per disposizione testamentaria 6 maggio 1702 della marchesa donna Giulia C.
