Nobility crown CrollanzaNoble and ancient, originally from Milan, had a Giovanni-Alboino as the progenitor who followed Corrado to the second crusade. After the destruction of Milan, which took place in 1112, she was transplanted to Piero in the Chiavenna countryside, where, divided into various branches, she settled in Piacenza, Sicily, Genoa, while another branch went to plant her roots in Burgundy, in Provence, Styria and Tyrol. The Crollalanza gave Piuro a podestà and three consuls, and seven consuls and an assessor of the Grisons Commissariat in Chiavenna, as well as many consuls of justice, supervisors and caneparies of those two municipalities. One of this family was a companion of the famous Giovanna d 'Arco. Rocco captain of a Genoese jail. Odone led the nobles of Chiavenna and Piuro to the conquest of the fortress of Ca§telmuro in vai Pregaglia in 1268. Donato in 1487 perished in the battle of Piuro fought against the Grisons.
