Nobility crown Crovara PesciaEn nombre de Su Majestad Vittorio Emanuele Terzo, el Tribunal Civil y Penal de la Sección de Génova, Segundo, sentenciado por acto registrado el 15 de enero de 1909, declara que el derecho a los títulos de Barón y Marqués de Irosa para competir solo con la Crovara Pescia según el fideicomiso , organizado por su autor Gervasio Pescia Primo. La ley de investidura se promulgó en Madrid el 24/12/1696. por Carlos el segundo rey de Castilla Aragón. El Diploma se transcribió en la Sección Dos del Archivo Estatal de Palermo el 20 / diciembre de 1697. La bibliografía de esta familia es mencionada por el Marqués Vittorio Spreti, en su Enciclopedia Histórica-Noble Italiana impresa en Milán en 1936. Recopilando manuscritos de contenido heráldico y noble-genealógico, entre bibliotecas y en muchos archivos públicos y privados. Los testimonios y documentos recopilados para la formación del trabajo en cuestión fueron transmitidos por la propia familia. Como se muestra en la Revista Heráldica editada por el Colegio Heráldico de Roma.
Por sucesión a la casa de Pescia, el 26 de agosto de 1785, Bartolomeo Gervasio obtuvo la investidura de los dos títulos de marqués y barón de Irosa. El primero de estos títulos fue reconocido, no sabemos en virtud de qué derecho, en 1899 a Niccolò Antonio Pottino; con el del barón de Irosa, el Sr. Vincenzo C. Pescia (de Ignazio, de Francesco), padre de Ignazio, fue inscrito en la Lista Oficial de Nobles.
