Gianfrancesco, che fu controllore del magazzino delle merci 1772, fu padre di Luigi (n. Torino, 9 ottobre 1783; deceduto ivi, 20 maggio 1856), il quale fu dottore di legge, avvocato famoso, patrocinante della Regina Maria Teresa, consulente del R. Patrimonio e patrimoniale generale del patrimonio privato del Re. Fu professore di leggi alla università e scrittore di opere legali. Percorse con sommo onore la carriera giudiziaria raggiungendo il grado di presidente di classe della suprema corte di cassazione (1849). Nel 1848 fu sindaco di Torino, e il 3 dicembre 1848 fu nominato senatore del Regno. Per i suoi molteplici meriti fu creato barone il 18 luglio 1848.
