La branche de la Touche-és-Plat fondue en 1631 dans le Mintier. Autre branche: Etienne, directeur général de l'artillerie, en 1714, père entre autres enfants de François, lieutenant-général en 1762; Agnès, marquise de Prie, maîtresse du duc de Bourbon; Henriette, héritière des seigneuries de Pléneuf et de Guémadeuc, qu'elle transmis par mariage en 1732 à Henri-Marie Baudouin, seigneur de Sornéville, commissaire des guerres; un juge prévot de Rennes mort en 1740, père d'un major d'infanterie, chevalier de Saint-Louis, mort en 1783.
