Nobility crown FaccaAntica ed illustre famiglia italiana, conosciuta come Facco, Facca o Faccai, originaria della Liguria ma con ampie diramazioni anche in territorio friulano e toscano, propagatasi, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Italia e del mondo. Secondo quanto ci viene tramandato, questa casata trova la sua culla nella città di Sestri Ponente da donde poi si portò primieramente in Voltri ed infine in Genova. In quest'ultima Giacomo fu anziano nel 1262. La stessa carica ricoprì Tommaso, sia nel 1412 che nel 1415. Due secoli più tardi, cioè nel 1528, Giovanni-Francesco si inalbergò nei Centurione e come tale ottenne la definitiva iscrizione nel Libro d’oro della nobiltà genovese. A partire proprio dal XVI secolo iniziamo a notare il proliferare di altri rami familiari in Friuli, per la maggior parte appartenenti alla nobiltà terriera e civica.
