Nobility crown Fassini CamossiOriginari di Moncalvo, poi in Torino, ove l'avvocato Giuseppe patrocinava nella prima metà del secolo XIX. Era figlio dell'avvocato Francesco, giudice in Vigone, autore di buoni versi inseriti in varie Raccolte, e sposò Giuseppa Tadini, nipote del cardinale arcivescovo di Genova, poi moglie del generale, barone Camossi. Dal matrimonio nacque l'avvocato Mario, che, prefetto in ritiro, ottenne l'aggiunta del cognome Camossi, del suo padrigno, con Regio Decreto 18 marzo 1860, e il titolo di barone con Regio Decreto 8 dicembre 1860. Dalla moglie Maria Felicita del prefetto Antonio Mathieu ebbe quattro figli, che servirono la patria valorosamente nell'esercito e nella marina. Altro ramo.
