Nobility crown GadaletaAlte Familie, Patrizier und Feudalherr, ursprünglich aus Flandern, an die es in der alten und heute zerstörten Stadt Salpi Erinnerungen gibt, die sich in der von Karl I. von Anjou im Jahr 1278 angeordneten Inquisition unter den feudalen und militärischen Familien befinden. Zu Beginn des 14. Jahrhunderts in den Städten Trani und Molfetta verzweigt, wurde es zunächst zum Patrizier am Sitz von S. Marco zusammengefasst und am 20. Juli 1647 wieder in diesen eingesetzt und im zweiten zum Adel zugelassen. Es wurde wiederholt für Gerechtigkeit im SMO Gerosolimitano empfangen und mit dem Marquis-Titel ausgezeichnet. Ein herausragender Charakter war sicherlich der Vater Serafino, der im Jahr 1504 im Generalkapitel von Mantua zum Rechnungsprüfer gewählt wurde und Stellvertreter im Franziskanerkloster von Assisi in Santa Maria degli Angeli war.
