Nobility crown GhaisneTrès illustre maison de la Bretagne, d'une haute antiquité, dont les premiers auteurs connus sont: Pierre, seigneur du Gennetay, avocat au siège baronial de Sillé-le-Guillaume, épouse vers 1632 Marie Girard, dont: Pierre, qui a continué la filiation; René, curé de Saint-Pierre la Cour, doyen de Sillé, mort en 1696; Nicolas, conseiller au présidial du Mans en 1680, secrétaire à la grande chancellerie en 1701. Marie-Henry, fils de Pierre, qui pré céde et de Perrine du Rocher, fille d'un conseiller au présidial d'Angers, enseigne d'une compagnie d'hommes d'armes des ordonnances du Roi, puis lieutenant des maréchaux de France au comté nantais, épousa en 1697 Marie-Hélène de Maillé, dame de Bourmont. Cette famille se rattache par ses traditions à la maison de Guines en Flandre, dont elle porte les armes avec une brisure; elle s'est alliée en Bretagne aux Valory, Charbonneau, Coutances, Becdelièvre, Pantin de Landemont et de Langle, et a produit un pair et maréchal de France, vainqueur d'Alger en 1830, mort en 1846. ...
