Il Ministro dell'Interno del regno d'Italia dichiarò con suo decreto competere il titolo di conte trasmissibile ai discendenti maschi per continuata linea retta mascolina in infinito ad Arsenio-Giuseppe-Maria d'Horrer nato in Napoli 27 Mar. 1849 abiatico del suddetto Maria-Giuseppe. Altro ramo. La famiglia ottenne, per eminenti servigi resi alla Santa Sede, il 25 gennaio 1836, dal Pontefice Gregorio XVI, il titolo ereditario di conte dell'Aula Lateranense e del palazzo Apostolico, con Maria Giuseppe di Strasburgo.
