Tupac, padre de la Princesa Barbola Coya, que casó con Garci Díaz de Castro, Alcalde de la Serena (Chile), y tuvieron esta hija Catalina Díaz de Castro y Coya, mujer de Gaspar de Medina, que la hizo madre de Gaspar de Medina, que celebró su enlace con doña María de Garnica, en la que procreó a Petronila de Medina Garnica Díaz de Castro y Coya, mujer de Diego Martínez de Prado, natural de Calahorra, en la Rioja, y fundador de la familia Prado, en Chile, hoy con larga descendencia. El Príncipe Sayri Tupac fué décimo sexto I., o Rey del Perú, fallecido en 1561, tuvo por esposa a la Princesa, Coya Busi Haurcay, su sobrina, y fueron padres de la Infanta Beatriz Clara Goya, su única heredera que casó con Martín García Oñez y Loyola, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, naciendo de esta unión Ana María Coya I. de Loyola, primera Marquesa de Santiago de Oropesa y representante legítima de los antiguos Soberanos del Perú, que celebró su enlace con Juan Enríquez de Borja, del que tuvo la sucesión referida en dicha información del linaje Borja. Cristóbal Paulo Topa I., último Rey del Perú, casó con doña Catalina Tocto Useca, natural, como él, de Cuzco. Otra casa muy antigua.
