Alliée en Bretagne aux Picot de Limoëlan, des Clos de la Fonchaye, Fournier d'Allerac, du Fresne de Virel et Gibon, elle compte au nombre de ses membres les seigneurs de Chamberon, de la Libarderie, de la Fosse-Hingant (paroisse de Saint-Coulomb), un évêque de Dol. Parmi les personnages les plus remarquables de cette maison on cite: André lieutenant au régiment du Roi, surnommé le héros de Nancy, tué devant cette ville en 1790, s'étant placé à la bouche d'un canon pour arrêter les troubles révolutionnaires apaisés par le marquis de Bouillé.
