E' ricordato ancora, dallo stesso autore, certo Pizacarino che fu uno dei savi della compagnia militare dei Lombardi nel 1291; e Guercino d'Ozone uno degli Anziani nel 1299. Altri di questa famiglia fecero parte di detta magistratura. Nel 1347, Giovanni di Gualtiero era del Consiglio Generale, Bartolomeo, di Bonaventura nel 1376 e Luigi di Giacomo nel 1389, furono del Consiglio dei 400. Nel 1350, fioriva Matteo di Morando Marescalchi, che, secondo il Guidicini, sarebbe il capostipite di questa famiglia nobile bolognese. Egli sposò Ginevra Giuliani da cui ebbe un figlio di nome.
