Este Fausto M. de Rituerto y Ruiz contrajo matrimonio con doña María Baras, a la que hizo madre de Francisco M. de Rituerto y Baras, que celebró su enlace con doña Catalina Martínez de Lagran, y procrearon a Gregorio M. de Rituerto y Martínez de Lagran, que hizo información de nobleza en 1762, y en sus alegatos dice que sus padres y abuelos estuvieron alistados y matriculados en la noble, ilustre y antiquísima Cofradía de la Santísima Trinidad y de San Fausto Labrador, fundada en la parroquia del lugar de Bujanda, lugar del Ayuntamiento de Antoñana y partido judicial de Vitoria, donde se venera el cuerpo incorrupto del mencionado Santo.
