E nel medesimo Archivio un Istromento di fidanza tra Ilario Ursino per Livia sua figlia col Dottore Scipione de Martuli de Ursinis sotto li 26 gennaio 1573 per rogito di Curzio Saccoccio, da dove prendono la denominazione degli Ursini, oltre di ciò hanno parentato con Petroni, con Damasceni, Piantadini.
