Dal Duca Salvatore Sforza Cesarini fu insignito della dignità cavalleresca nel 1822. Possessore di un immenso patrimonio in Francia, nel 1842 era associato col cavaliere Giovanni Battista nell'industria dell'escavazione dei marmi di Serravezza. le genealogie da lui presentate alla Regia Deputazione sopra la Nobiltà Toscana tendono a identificare la famiglia De Mora con quella Mora napoletana originaria di Benevento, dove si trovano notizie di essa fino dal secolo XI e che possedè vari feudi e conseguì alte cariche nel Regno; e la famiglia con la famiglia Morano napoletana pur essa e non meno illustre per i ...
