Nobility crown MoresiAntica ed assai nobile famiglia originaria delle Marche, di chiara ed avita virtù, propagatasi, nel corso dei secoli, in diverse regioni d'Italia e d'Europa. Le prime tracce lasciate da questa nobile casata si rinvengono in Ancona ed in Urbino. In un atto del 1571 si legge: "Istromento della heredità et inventario delli beni di Vincenzo de Francischino Moresi di Ancona"; mentre un Fulvius Moresius, di Urbino, risulta iscritto all'università di Perugia nel 1572. Agli albori del XVII secolo, un ramo dei Moresi si portò in Firenze ed ivi, nel 1638, Camillo Moresi, figlio di Fulvio Moresi, ottenne la cittadinanza fiorentina. La chiara nobiltà di questa casata è infatti testimoniata dalla sua presenza nella pregevolissima Raccolta Ceramelli Papiani", costituita nel corso di molti anni da Enrico Ceramelli Papiani (1896-1976), la quale è un fondo conservato nell'Archivio di Stato di Firenze e composto da quasi 8000 fascicoli, intestati a famiglie toscane di ...
