Depuis le commencement du XVIème siècle, on trouve des Pasquy établis à Montagrier; ils sont chirurgiens et médecins d'une façon continue, quelquefois avocats. Le 20 juillet 1698, François Pasquy sieur du Cluzeau, fils de Jean, épousa à Montagrier Michelle Bardy, fille de François, sieur de Fourtou, et de Jeanne de Courou (Archives de Me Dujarric). Le 1er 1775, le comte de Rohan-Chabot, seigneur de Marouate, cède son droit de prélation sur la terre de Combechavet à Pasquy du Cluzeau, habitant à Montagrier. Le 8 juillet 1812, François-Joseph Pasquy-Boschaud, titulaire de deux armes d'honneur, est fait chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur. Le même est nommé lieutenant en 1er s.-adjudant-major au régiment des fusiliers -grenadiers de la garde; le 26 avril 1813, a la tête emportée par un boulet à la bataille de Dresde. Le 26 avril 1813, Jean-Antoine Pasquy est nommé chevalier du Lys. J.- A. Pasquy du Cluzeau fut membre de la Chambre législative en 1849.
