Nobility crown Saracco RiminaldiOriunda family from Pavia. Giovanni Battista, in 1470 he moved to Ferrara; from him descended Baptist, famous jurisconsult, and secretary of state of Duke Ercole II. In 1616 the family was enrolled in the second order of the Centumviral Council. With Short 10 March 1735, Giuseppe was appointed first-order councilor, the highest office that could be enjoyed then in Ferrara, a position that on 27 July 1775 passed to his son Giuseppe Battista. On 7 March 1732, Pope Clement XII granted the family the title of count. Count Ippolito, gonfalonier of Ferrara in 1842, joined his own surname Riminaldi by inheritance of Cardinal Giovanni, the last of the ancient and conspicuous family La fam. It is registered in the Golden Book of the Italian Nobility and in the Official Italian List with the titles of count (mpr.), patrician of Ferrara (m.). ...
