Annunizata, generali e magistrati, gentiluomini di corte ed alti prelati fiorirono numerosi colonnellati distinti da altrettante designazioni fra cui quello dei Presbitero (Del Signore, Signoris) feudatari di Asigliano Balocco, Buronzo, Bastia e Rovasenda. L'ascrizione del decurioanto tortonese fu confermata il 31 gennaio 1776 al Cav. Emilio S. di Buronzo procuratore e marito di Anna Busseri vedova del marchese Luigi del Carretto senza aggregazione ad alcun casato. In difetto dei presupposti indispensabili per legittimare tale nomina, la dignità conferita fu solo a titolo onorifico e personale poichè la mancata aggregazione ad uno dei castati escludeva l'iscritto dalle prerogative godute dagli altri membri del decurionato eleggibili al governo della loro patria; presumiano inoltre non fosse estranea la revisione ordinata dal sovrano nel 1752 per cui, come accennato nelle prime pagine, il decurionato tortonese non ...
