Nobility crown TarsisOriunda da Brolo family, descendant of Jacobus Traxus (late 15th century), member of the Council of Regency of Lombardy in 1814-15, then moved to Novara, then to Milan. Captain Giacomo (n. Madrid; deced. Novara 1803), by Lorenzo Tarsis, who had enriched himself in Spain, returned home and founded a Mauritian commandery. Feb. 28 1777 he was infeuded for Castel D'Agogna and invested on March 10 with the comital title. He married (1777) Teresa Giacinta, of the quartermaster Giuseppe Donaudi, and from this wedding had Paola Angela Maria (n. Novara, 19 August 1780; deced. 1837) who succeeded in the comital title. The latter married Carlo, by Paolo Tarsis, (n. Riviera d'Orta, 18 July 1768; deced. 1836) who was created count on 6 June 1835 to recognize him as his wife and also to reward the services rendered by his brother Giambattista Giacomo (n.
