Nobility crown Tomini ForestiWith a 1719 diploma, Francesco di Bergamo was invested by Sebastiano Venier and Pietro Grimani in the superintendence of the precious metal mines in the Bergamo area. Charles, Infant of Spain, Grand Duke of Tuscany and Duke of Parma and Piacenza, with diploma 11 Oct. 1733 conferred the title of count, transmissible to the descendants, to the brothers Antonio and Francesco Foresti, nobles of Bergamo. On August 19, 1768 the count Marco Tomani Foresti quondam Antonio, and the counts Francesco and Lorenzo, sons of the count Marco, were entered in the Golden Book of Venice. They were confirmed on December 16th. 1768. The last acknowledgment was obtained Francesco quondam Marco in 1820.
