Sein Sohn Nicolò kaufte 1518 zusammen mit Carlo Alagon die Lordschaften von Allai, Busachi und Parte Barigadu von den Fabras; 1520 einigten sich die beiden auf die Aufteilung des Kaufs und Nicolò hielt die Parte Barigadu susu; 1523 erhielt er die Anerkennung des Adels und 1528 wurde er während des Parlaments von Villanova in die Militärstation aufgenommen. 1533 verkaufte er die Lordschaft des Cagliari-Schreibtisches an Pietro Mora, aber die beiden gingen eine Geschäftsbeziehung ein und kauften 1537 den Kanal und den Sedilo-Bezirk von Cardona.
