Nobility crown VernazziFamiglia cremonese, che diede 32 decurioni e notari. Pino fu celebre capitano del popolo in Parma nel 1285 e in Siena nel 1290 e podestà in dette città, in Bergamo, Novara, Piacenza, Bologna, Pistoia, Firenze e Orvieto. Vespasiano fu insignito del titolo comitale, trasmissibile ai discendenti maschi, da Ranuccio Farnese duca di Parma, e Piacenza, con Diploma 16 marzo 1671. La famiglia Fondulo, cremonese, si innestò e si spense nei Vernazzi. Da questo matrimonio nacque in Cremona, il 20 gennaio 1740, altro Vespasiano, capitano nell'esercito austriaco, morto in Cremona il 27 ottobre 1818. Da questi e da Lucia Avogadri nacque a Vienna, nel 11778 altro Francesco al quale con Sovrana Risoluzione 4 agosto 1820 Francesco I. imperatore d'Austria confermò l'antica nobiltà; Maria Luigia duchessa di Parma e Piacenza con Diploma dato a Ischl il 22 settembre 1845, gli confermò il titolo comitale ...
