APEDDU

Apeddu, very very rare, is typical of Gallura in the north of Sardinia, of Berchidda, Oschiri and AlĂ  dei Sardi, it should derive from a dialectal nickname originated from the word gallurese apeddu (bark, bark), perhaps to indicate a behavioral characteristic of the progenitor.
