Very rare, it is specific to central Italy, it should derive from the ethnic Cambria, (ancient Latin name for Wales, North West region of England), perhaps indicating veterans from the countryside in Britain, in an ancient Roman tombstone we read: "Cambrianus / l (ibens) p (osuit) ".
