Ceccardi is very rare and is typical of Emilia, of the Bolognese in particular, Ceccardini, absolutely rare, is found today only in the Terni area, deriving from the Germanic name Sieghard (see Siccardi), we find traces of this surname in 1500 with the bishop of Segni (RM ), Ambrogio Monticola Ceccardi.
