Cuccurullo is typical of Naples and the Neapolitan, of Casoria, Torredel Greco and Massa Lubrense, and of Salerno, of Salerno, Angri, Nocera Inferiore and Cava de 'Tirreni, it should be a dialectal ethnic form to indicate ancestors from the town of Cuccaro Vetere in the Salerno area.
