Frezzi is extremely rare and specific to the Marche region, Frezzolini, just as rare, it would seem to be from Lazio, Frezzolino is almost unique, Frezzotti has a lineage in the Ancona area of Jesi and Arcevia and one in Rome, they should all derive from hypocoristic modifications of the name Federico.
