Etymological origin of Italian surname: Faita

Very rare it seems to have a nucleus in the Brescia area, one in the Massese, one in the Salento peninsula and one in the Cosenza area, it could derive from toponyms linked as Faeto (FG), Faedo (TN) or anyway from place names linked to the dialect word faedo, faito referred to a beech forest.
