Fermani is typical of the area between Macerata and Piceno, Firmani has a stock in the Piceno and in Abruzzo in Pescara, Giuliano Teatino (CH), Miglianico (CH) and Teramo, Firmano is almost unique, they should all derive from the ethnic group of Fermo (AP ) thus probably indicating the origin of the progenitor.
