MONTOLI | MONTOLLI

Montoli has a stock in the north of Milan towards Varese, in Rho, Milan, Canegrate, Busto Garolfo and Legnano, and one in Verona, Montolli would seem to be specific to Verona with a small stock in Merano in Alto Adige, the etymological origin is very doubtful, there is a possibility of derivation from the Spanish surname Montolius, but it is quite unlikely, the most accredited hypothesis is that they may derive from archaic hypocoristic forms of a nickname originated from a mountain origin of the progenitors.
